At CMYK, we want you to love your palette; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
